Intellectually, well thinking as deep as an eighteen-year-old is expected too, Sara knew the world was over. At least 'out there' in the swirling vortex of those other places. Places she read about or seen on television, and the few places she visited on family holidays. People died from a virus, others at the hands of those who wanted what they had. But here, at home, things continued much in the way they always had.
