She lives in in Newcastle upon Tyne. Dr Alessandra Pino worked with a Michelin-starred chef for nearly ten years before entering the world of academia. She holds a PhD in Food, Cultural Memory and the Gothic. She lives in London. Lee Henry is an illustrator and designer with a background in editorial and publishing. He provides specialist food and drink branding with his design agency Ounce of Style. He lives in in Newcastle upon Tyne.
