Dave Blanchat is a motivational speaker on the power of having Faith over Fear. He graduated from Oregon State University in 1991 with a bachelor’s degree in Industrial and Manufacturing Engineering. 

After a catastrophic auto accident in 2014, Dave retired as VP of Operations from Paramount Farms, Inc./Wonderful. He tells the story of his accident and miraculous recovery in the book God Shots, which he co-authored with his wife, Orpha. Dave and Orpha have been married for thirty-two years and they currently reside in Star, Idaho, with their two children, Paige and David. 

Orpha Blanchat is a Life Coach, inspirational speaker, writer, and former ministry leader of The Battleground of Purity and the Couples Hands Ministry. She is also the former Director of the Bakersfield Pregnancy Center. Outside of her career, she is an avid kayaker and loves shopping at antique stores. Orpha co-authored the book God Shots with her husband of thirty-two years, Dave, which chronicles their family’s experience after Dave miraculously survived a life-threatening accident. The couple currently resides in Star, Idaho, with their two children, Paige and David.
