I guess I was lucky to live in a neighborhood for thirty years before trouble came-a-knocking. Now, as a retiree, who worked as a public-school teacher for forty years, I felt I had a right to live in quiet surroundings, as well as not having someone violate property rights, which would affect me! This a true account of what I did to try and eliminate these problems, and it's not something I'm proud of doing!
