It happened by accident. Sandia found herself sucked into another dimension ... another world.

Running from her grandmother's killer through the Black Thorn Forest, Sandia was out of breath and her legs about to fail. It was a small rock she stumbled on that sent her hurtling forward… being sucked into a shining swirling light.

A new world, unlike anything she'd ever seen, a few things were different. Sandia realized she was imparted with magical powers when she wore the red cape her grandmother had gifted her. She could hear a pin drop a thousand feet away, she could fly like the birds back on Copia and see things that no other human could.

Her only problem was that her grandmother's murderer had followed her and now she must avenge her beloved grandmother's death.
